CTS tailors our reservation service configurations to the needs of our customers. Reservations can be made either with a traditional travel consultant or through one of our online booking systems. Either channel provides the user with a fully controlled reservation process that ensures company policy is observed, while providing a wide range of options—including Internet fares.

We offer reservation service configurations such as:

  • Onsite travel consultants, one or a team as needed
  • Offsite team of travel consultants
  • VIP services
  • Online booking
  • Any combination of the above


In addition, the following components are included in our service configurations:

  • Back-up travel consultant coverage for illness and/or vacation time
  • 24 Hour/Emergency Services
  • Account Management
  • CTS Executive Sponsorship
